Using an eclectic approach inspired by the fields of neurolinguistics, attitudinal healing, and energy psychology, Phil’s work is fun, compassionate, .. and profound. He enjoys working with all kinds of people ranging in age from 6 to 80 years.

Phil aims to help his clients explore, acknowledge and remove emotional and other blocks to a contented, fulfilled life.

Since 2003, Phil – a former police officer, has been in continual demand working as a coach/change-worker. His work largely focusses on deprived and marginalised areas of Inner City London through several schools. He works with students, teachers, support staff and parents/guardians. Phil is also regularly referred work with teenagers and parents through Action for Children and Childrens Services. In between this, he enjoys private coaching sessions and ..  The Compassion Course, which he authored and presents.

1993 – 1994: Police and Policing. Portsmouth University.
Degree level studies in various aspects of policing, including management, criminology, and psychology.

1988: Living with Technology T101 Open University Foundation course

Phil’s former career of 23 years (which he also loved!) was as a Police Officer with Thames Valley Police. He resigned in 2002, to pursue this work.
